Oracle Text
The people delight in their work, the officials clean;
an age of harmony returns again today;
proclaim to all the great work of a thousand autumns—
upon this rests our hope of an enlightened lord.
Interpretation
When one who draws this oracle is a leader, strive to keep each subordinate in their proper place, and each department head honest and fair.
