Zhuge Oracle Lesson 159

Oracle Text

The raging wind drives the ink-black clouds aloft,
yet the moon at heaven's heart cannot be hidden;
in idle hours it seems involved a while—
but in the end it suffers no diminishing.

Interpretation

The matter or person you ask about is like the moon at the heart of heaven—pure and unstained, which no black cloud can cover.
