The fox-spirit of the Heart-and-Moon mansion
bewitches and deludes the world;
the world does not perceive it,
and long and long, it brings them down.
Interpretation
The world holds certain indulgences that harm the body; the wise should take the bewitching fox-spirit as their warning.
