The hidden dragon is held in bonds,
and still no clouds are seen to rise;
stand and watch—the clouds close in on all four sides,
and off it flies up to the court of heaven.
Interpretation
The querent meets a setback for now, and is still in the stage of biding their time and waiting for luck; wait until the moment ripens.
