Oracle Text
To hunt the wild buffalo in the deep pool,
to seek for fish upon the mountain;
from dawn until the dusk,
your merit's lost, your strength thrown away;
change the strings, change your track—
and then perhaps you may achieve the whole.
Interpretation
Going the wrong way and using the wrong method, success is hard to hope for; you should change course and devise another approach—then a day of success may come.
