Oracle Text
The worthy rise, the petty block the way,
and war brings all the grief of being parted;
yet up ahead an auspicious one you'll meet—
the message far, the person far away;
so seek your aims and settle them with care.
Interpretation
The matter meets setback after setback—some help it along, some wreck it; you lack the advantage of place, so it is best to arrange everything securely.
