Oracle Text
The dragon gives one cry,
and the clouds at once arise;
it pierces the empyrean, straight up it soars—
soon you'll behold the times of peace;
in letters and in arms,
lord be lord, and minister minister.

In the matter you ask about, auspicious signs have already appeared, and a harmonious situation will arise very soon.
